A Conversation with Dalton

Who has significantly impacted your life?

Looking back, John Peel immediately comes to mind. Peel, a former pirate radio DJ and BBC Radio 1 host, taught me valuable principles that emphasize the importance of an open mind and a supportive attitude toward others in all areas of life, including music.

What is an important life lesson you have learned?

Always be open to differences and changes throughout your life; just don't suppress the key parts of yourself in the process. Strive to learn about and understand the people and things around you rather than ignoring or pretending to understand them.

What do you do when you’re not working?

I relax by reading about contemporary music history or playing video games. For fun, I perform karaoke at least once a week.
